Tasting Notes:

This is a very lean, bright, and high-acid wine full of energy and charm. There is just the right amount of reductive notes to make the high mineral content seem creamy and seductive. Notes of Meyer lemons, white peaches, and sour apples abound in the mid-palate and the excessive salivation demonstrates the ever-so-present freshness and acidity.
