Hard Six Cellars 2018 Seated Cloud Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting Notes:

We find this wine to be very structured with a beautiful flash of tropical fruit on the nose, but a backbone of poached pear and caramelized apple on the palate with French-style chalkiness and minerality. Its viscosity allows for a lovely lingering juicy finish.
